Area Activities
We live in an ideal
place for an antique show. Paso Robles is filled with 1800's architecture, antique stores, wineries, a microbrewery and fabulous restaurants. It is a Mecca for
wine enthusiasts, gourmets and cowboys! All of this adds up to this small
town earning it the 2004 Great Amercan Mainstreet Award!
Templeton, our "little sister town" is just five miles south of Paso Robles. It is our hometown — a small, quiet town with a strong
Community spirit and a vision to preserve its colorful past. If feedlots,
grain mills, cattle, barns and farms sound like something out of a movie,
you need to visit! Weekends are often filled with specialty wine events,
art shows, farmer's markets, and livestock auctions.
Nearby, there are over 200 small boutique wineries, where you can enjoy an afternoon of wine tasting. Many have tours of their adjacent vineyards and barrel rooms.
If it’s the
waves you crave, head about 20 minutes west to the quintessential beach
towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay! Surfing, sunbathing, seafood and more
antique shops color their streets. The nearby village of Cambria is a
shopper’s paradise with beautiful shops filled with art, clothing, and
specialty items and of course, antiques!
